Google. Facebook. AOL. Digg (RIP). I joined the giants when they were small, and learned the power (and importance) of scaling smart.

Over the years, I took those learnings and applied them to my full-time work at startups (like Sailthru), partnership with agencies that work WITH startups (Red Antler, Tanooki Labs), and my own clients, some of them startups themselves (Sherpaa, Aereo, Karma). I've also taken the spirit and startup energy to help large, established organizations (360i/Dentsu, Wellstar) through operational and business transformational challenges.

The result of my experience is that I love bringing what I have learned - and now know - to helping companies grow & succeed.
